Modular Single Car Garages
If you are looking for a single-car garage that has a little more space – Modular Single Car Garages are a great option.
This type of garage allows for a large full loft with ample storage space. You can have a wood floor or have the garage placed on a concrete slab. The benefit of a wood floor is that it does not hold moisture, which is great for the preservation of whatever you are storing.
You can stick with the standard 8-pitch or upgrade to a steeper pitch, allowing more headroom upstairs. Add a knee wall or full walls in the loft and give yourself plenty of room for a man cave, lady loft, office, studio, etc.
The garages are all Amish made with #1 Grade Material. They are engineered for your local snow and wind loads.
