What is the roof style of an Elite Garage?

The roof style for our Elite Garages is a 7/12 pitch A-frame. They also come with 6’8″ walls and an 8″ overhang. They are similar in shape to our Green Garden Collection New England Capes. The difference is the Elite Garage has White Pine Board & Batten exterior siding and old style barn framing inside.

Is the site we’ve chosen the best location?

You may have what you think is the perfect place for your barn, but you may want a second option. If we have reservations about your choice we can explain why and suggest alternative locations.

Who is in charge of checking zoning regulations, getting permits, and putting in a foundation?

Though The Carriage Shed does supply a foundation plan and structural prints, the customer is responsible for all site work and foundation needs before the building can be delivered. They are also responsible for any post set up landscaping or finished grading. We suggest contacting your local town office for information regarding permits and zoning regulations.
